Terms & Conditions
o Minimum age required is 25 years.
o Driving licence should be minimum 3 years old. A photocopy of the driving licence must be submitted at the time of rental.In case of any foriegn National the valid driving permit for India should be provided.
o Renter should possess a valid credit card issued by a National / International bank.
o Rates are applicable on calander day basis. Extra hour charges apply for upto 3 additional hrs., thereafter full day rate will be applicable.
o Cost of fuel / oil to be borne by the renter. The car will be supplied with a full tank, and is to be returned with a full tank. Alternatively, cost of fuel plus 10% fueling charges are applicable.
o A deposit of Rs. 15000/- will be collected in advance, In case of higher end models the deposit amount may vary. On account of damage / scratch to the car or theft of any accessories, it will be forfeited. If a major accident occurs, repair cost will have to be borne by the renter.
o 200 Kms allowed per calender day upto 2 days thereafter 300 kms allowed per calender day. Vehicles available on Self Drive are in following cities only: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
o Service Tax is applicable on the total bill amount as per the Government norms. Any change in the rate will be charged accordingly.
If a major accident occurs, repair cost and garage downtime will have to be borne by the renter.
Minor, Major and Accident repairs will be carried out only with the Authorized Dealers.
o If the car is not clean at the time of return, additional Rs.200/- will be charged as washing charges.
Cancellation policy - Cancellation fee (25% of total charges) will apply in case the reservation is cancelled witin 12 hrs prior to the reporting time. Cacellation fee (50% of total charges) will apply in case the reservation is cancelled within 6 hrs prior to the reporting time. No refund would be given in case of No Show Reservarions
To avoid this fee ,please cancel the reservation atleast 12 hrs in advance. Reservations may be cancelled online & subsequently calling the respective branch.
Refund Policy - the refund will be made after deduction of credit card charges @ 3.59%, applicable service tax @ 4.12%

o The car can be delivered / picked up within city limits at a charge of Rs.400. Alternately; optional chauffeur can be availed of for a minimum of 10 hrs for Rs.500 and every additional hour at Rs.50 per hour.
o Rates subject to change without prior notice.
o Booking to be done category wise. Specific car model cannot be guaranteed.
o Cars are subject to availability.
