Terms & Conditions

 Charges are payable on "Outlet to Outlet" basis.

Fraction of an hour & Kilometer will be charged as one.
For payments made by credit card, a blank signed credit card imprint will be taken for full rental charges in advance. An additional blank signed credit card imprint will be taken in case the rental charges exceed the rental amount paid; prior to commencement of the journey.
In case of an accident / theft / damage, necessary formalities to be complied with by the renter such as lodging an FIR with the police, etc.
Service Tax is applicable on the total bill amount as per the Government norms. Only change in the rate will be charged accordingly.
All rentals are subject to terms & conditions in Rental Agreement.

Charges are payable on "Outlet to Outlet" basis.

Fraction of an hour & Kilometer will be charged as one.

 

  I - Local Use

Beyond 4 hrs. / 40 kms. Package, no extra hours allowed, thereafter the next package rate with extra hours and kms. will be charged as applicable.

Night halt charges are 100%, if car returns after 2400 hrs. (midnight); however where the normal return time calculated is beyond 2400 hrs., the above charges will not apply.
Driver charges are applicable, if the car travels beyond the city / corporation limits.

  II - Inter-City Use

Minimum charges are for 250 kms. per day for Indian car model and 300 Kms. for imported car model.

Extra hour charges apply for upto 6 additional hrs., thereafter full day rate will be applicable.
Driver charges (calendar day).
All Inter-State permit fees, taxes are on daily basis, etc. will be charged at actuals.
In hill areas, run per km. & drivers charges will be 50% extra.
 
Dollar Rate = 55.00 (The US $ Rates may change as per current value)
